Today I would like to thank all of the people dedicating their time and sacrificing of themselves during this pandemic to help others. I want to thank the doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals on the front lines everyday despite the risk of possible infection they face. Thank you for your selflessness, for your dedication to being caregivers, and for the bravery you obviously possess which enables you to do your job regardless of the dangers you face. Thank you for your care and your unceasing efforts on our behalf. We owe you a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid.
I want to thank workers whose jobs have been deemed essential who get up everyday and put themselves at risk so that the rest of us can have some semblance of normal in our lives. Thank you for the mail you've delivered, the meals you've served, the shelves you've stocked, the fires you've put out, and the streets you've patrolled. Thank you to everyone who is working and for everything you've done.
I want to thank the Pastors who have not taken a moment off but have continued to minister and shepherd tirelessly. Thank you to those of you who are streaming your services, who are spending their days communicating with, praying for their parishioners, and doing everything in their power to make sure they stay uplifted and in good spirits. Thank you for your faithfulness, thank you for your prayers, for your love, and your diligence. Thank you for being the servants God called you to be.
I also want to than the families of the individuals I mentioned. Without your love and support their jobs would be much harder than they already are.
And last but by no means least. Thank you to all those donating to all the charities who are working to help those who have nothing, those who are struggling to make it, and those who wouldn't make without the generosity of those donating.
