Nothing Too Small!

Writer's picture: Christopher McLaurinChristopher McLaurin

Greetings my Drawing High family! I pray this message finds all of you in the best of health and spirits, maintaining and persevering through the challenges this pandemic presents. Please know you're in my thoughts and prayers and that I stand with you, united in faith and love, knowing that our Lord and Savior is with us during these trying times watching over us, protecting us, and sustaining us as only He can. And knowing this I want to offer this word of encouragement. There's nothing too small to to take to Jesus. I don't care what the issue is. I don't care if people you've talked to or confided in have downplayed the issue making you feel as if its inconsequential and because of that you've convinced yourself that if the issue is too small for a person its definitely too small for Jesus. Do away with that theory right now because its a lie the enemy wants you to believe so you keep that small, tiny, little issue bottled up inside you, allowing it to effect your life in ways you don't even recognize. Please listen to this, Jesus is deeply, invested in and concerned with every single thing in your life good or bad, big or small. If it affects you its major to to Him because you're major to Him. The bible says this CASTING ALL YOUR CARE UPON HIM, FOR HE CARES FOR YOU (1 PETER 5:7). All of your care, not some, not most of, not almost all, and most definitely not only the big, major things or things people think are big or major. Cast all your care upon him because he cares for you. How awesome is it that we have someone in our corner who's willing to bear the responsibility of fixing every single thing that goes wrong in our lives, to be our perpetual source of strength, always upholding us, never faltering or failing. That's who Jesus is and today, just like every day, He's waiting for you to turn to Him with the issues of your life, no matter the size of them. I offer this word of encouragement hoping it helps someone today or any day. God Bless.
