"Its Not Going To Be Easy"

"Its not going to be easy" I've heard people tell this to others regarding changes they've decided to make in their lives or deliverance they've decided to seek, heck I've said it myself but now that I think about it I realize how wrong I was to make such a statement. For two reasons. 1)I was speaking for God without Him having told me to. He's the only one who can decide what's going to be easy and what's going to be hard. 2)I could have very well planted seeds of discouragement within those I was speaking to. To know you need to do something and then actually decide to do it can sometimes be daunting enough on its own. But then on top of that to have someone tell you how hard its going to be can be what keeps a person from trying altogether. So today, if you've been told by someone how hard something is going to be allow me to encourage you to ignore that and and to assure you that, in this instance, they don't know what they're talking about. Even if they've gone through the same exact thing you're going through and it was the hardest thing they ever endured, that doesn't mean its going to be the same way for you. And if they try to tell you it is don't listen to them because they have no idea what they're talking about. Its impossible for them to know what they're talking about because what they're asserting is God's call. And this is not me saying that the person saying it to you doesn't care about you or have your best interest at heart, not even in the slightest, I'm just saying their assertion is wrong for them to make and inaccurate. I will never utter those words to anyone again. I will encourage them, I will pray with and for them, and I will help them in any way possible, the rest will be up to God and I will let Him do His job. Today I resolve to let God say what's going to be hard or easy and I pray others will do the same. God Bless.
