Happy Resurrection Sunday!

HE IS RISEN! Hallelujah! Thank you Heavenly Father! I thank you in this moment for Your faithfulness to all Your promises. I thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, our Passover Lamb. I thank You for making HIM WHO KNEW NO SIN TO BE SIN FOR US THAT WE MIGHT BECOME THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM. I thank You for the justification the blood of Your Son provides and the sanctification Your Holy Spirit effectuates. And Father I thank You so much for that empty tomb because without it there is no me. Amen!

Today's post is very simple. If you're a Christian, if you've been saved, if your sins have been forgiven, if you've been redeemed, if you know that when you die you're going to spend your eternity with God in heaven, then spend this day and every day after it thanking and praising Him for that empty tomb. Thank and praise Him for it because it make us possible. That empty tomb is what enables us to be Christians. Everything we are and everything we have are because of that empty tomb. Without it we're nothing. See, if the tomb wasn't empty that means there's no resurrection and if there's no resurrection then Christ is not risen and if Christ is not risen then our faith is futile, we're still in our sins and we are of all men the most pitiable. Without that empty tomb Christ couldn't have possibly been who He claimed to be which means there's no salvation and the One we profess as Lord and Savior is actually just another good man who suffered a bad death. But, Oh thank the Lord for the word but right now. But, that tomb was empty and Christ did rise because He was exactly who He said He was, the one and only Son of God. Our faith is not futile and we're not still in our sins nor are we of all men the most pitiable. No, we're the most blessed because we're saved by the death, burial, and resurrection of the Son of Man who came to give His life a ransom for many. So today and every day thank and praise your God for that empty tomb. He's so deserving of it. God bless!
