Even In The Midst Of Madness He's There!

Writer's picture: Christopher McLaurinChristopher McLaurin

This is for people who may be feeling a bit overwhelmed or maybe more than a bit. Its for those who have a multitude of things going on in their lives, things that are pulling them in many different directions while eliciting a wide and varying range of emotions and feelings within them. Its for people who feel like they're alone, who feel like they've been abandoned, and not just by people but by God also. If you're one of these people I want to assure you right now that no matter what you're going through, no matter how bad it seems, despite your circumstances and how they make you feel or what the enemy may be trying to convince you of through those circumstances, your God is right there with you. He's walking with you every step of the way and in those times when you think you can't go on, when you think you can't take another step but you managed to do so somehow anyway, its He who carried you. You just have to realize it. "God is providing", that's what the Holy Spirit reminded me of the other day. No matter what else is going on He is providing. He's providing me with strength, with patience, with joy. He's providing me with everything I need to make it through whatever may be going on in my life and though I may not always see this in the moment, its very true. I needed to be reminded of this and I know that others may need a reminder of this caliber also which is why I wrote this reflection. If you truly believe the words the bible speaks to you when you open it then never forget that God issued this promise in His Word

"I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU." (Heb. 13:5)

Men and women of God, brothers and sisters in Christ, you are never alone. Even in your deepest, darkest moments when all seems to be going wrong and you feel like you've been deserted by everyone, in those moments your God is right there with you. And He's not idle He's providing and His provision is perfect. You just have to recognize it. I love you and God bless.
